Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Prepare the Equipment
Ensure the item is disassembled, placed back in its original box, and includes all manuals and accessories to qualify for a full refund.
Ship to Warehouse
Securely attach the RA label to the outside of the package and ship the item to our designated Western Australia or national distribution center.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
